Service Description
Companies with a comprehensive substance abuse program in place are more than 60% safer than those without an implemented program. This training will discuss the 3 components of a strong program: - Drug and alcohol Testing and the different levels you should be implementing. - A Policy with strict rules regarding drug and alcohol use, supervisor training, and active enforcement. - An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that directs your workers to confidential resources with regards to substance abuse.
